Where can I find resources to help me write my data management thesis?

I am writing my thesis on data management problems and solutions. I need some help. Could you send me any idea where can I find essays (URLs, DOCs, or PDFs) in the following areas: Data syncronization methods (on-line, manually, periodicaly), consistency analysis, data absence handling, object status handling.
