Formerly known as DNA (Distributed interNet Applications Architecture), Microsoft's Web Solution Platform is a framework for fitting Windows and the PC into the 3-tier application concept.In addition to the Windows operating system and the Internet Explorer (IE) browser, Microsoft identifies these concepts, services, and products as part of its Web Solution Platform:
