Book description:
This chapter provides a broad introduction to consuming, creating, and deploying RESTful Web Services—using standard java.net.*classes and servlets, as well as the JAX-WS 2.0 APIs and annotations. Another goal was to provide a grounding in some of the basic XML processing techniques used to implement SOA-style integration of RESTful Web services.
